To mark the European Mobility Week 2021, the SUSTAINair team members are showcasing their sustainable daily commutes.

European Mobility Week 2021

From 16 to 22 September 2021, European Mobility Week draws attention to climate-friendly mobility issues. The #MobilityWeek annual theme for 2021 is ‘Safe and Healthy with Sustainable Mobility’. The aim is to raise awareness on active urban mobility and low- or zero-emission mobility.

Climate-friendly mobility is a central issue for maintaining the quality of life. Smart cities of the future must ensure that people can travel comfortably, safely and cost-effectively. The integrated use of several different forms of transport by passengers and freight is called multimodal mobility. It aims to mitigate the negative consequences of transport such as pollution, climate change, noise, congestion and accidents.
